What is your refund policy?

 

If you find that the goods were faulty in some manner, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the goods. You will need to organise the return of the goods by registered post and we will arrange a credit towards your next purchase or send a replacement product. Customers will incur the cost of return postage and be credited the purchase price only.

Online Pet Cart is not obliged to provide a refund, credit or exchange if you as the customer have:

  • Changed your mind, decided you no longer want the goods or just don't like them, or found that the goods are the wrong size, flavour or colour.
  • You found you can buy the same or similar goods elsewhere for a cheaper price.
  • Purchased an item when the goods are clearly labeled as seconds or a faulty clearance item.

We will only offer a refund (postage is not refundable and not included) if the product has not been opened or damaged in anyway and is within 7 days of the purchase date. A 15% restocking fee based on the cost of the product will be deducted from your purchase amount not including postage fees and only after the item is received and inspected by us. Sale and clearance items are non refundable.
