Why has my order failed?


When paying with a credit card, make sure that you enter ALL required information correctly. One small mistake will cause your order to fail. So please ensure you have entered the following details correctly.

 

  • Your name spelt correctly as it is spelt on your credit card.
  • 16 correct digits entered for your credit card number 
  • The correct expiration date. In a 2 digit month/year format. So for March 2013, enter 03/13.
  • The correct CCV code (this is a 3 digit code found on the back of your credit card to the right of the area where you signed your card).

Other errors that could occur include:

  • Exceeding your daily withdrawal limit.
  • Your card may have expired.
  • Overdrawing your account.
  • Entering incorrect information for our bank details if paying by bank transfer.
